After completing her MBA, she joined her father, Shri NG Patel, at NG Group in 1996, gaining extensive hands-on experience in planning, execution, compliance, and large-scale development strategy.

Over the decades, she has played a key role in delivering landmark residential and commercial projects, helping introduce luxury living to Ahmedabad and reshape the city’s skyline. Her leadership and foresight have contributed to several significant milestones, including the Group’s first luxury residential bungalow scheme, first shopping mall, and first industrial park.

Building on NG Group’s 42-year legacy, she has charted a progressive vision for Aatman Developers. From conceptualization and strategic planning to marketing, branding, execution, and overall management, she remains actively involved at every stage of development.

Aatman Innovations, the publishing and production arm of Aatman Group, is another key vertical led by Ami Trivedi. Here, she provides direction on strategy and governance, while also heading the Multilingual Department, where she oversees the creation and curation of high-calibre books across multiple languages. Her leadership ensures exceptional quality, consistency of voice, and meaningful audience engagement. After completing her higher education in the United States, she returned to India in 2002 and began working closely alongside her father at NG Group, one of the region’s most reputed and established Real Estate and Infrastructure Developers, Organizers, and Builders. Over the past 25+ years, she has gained extensive hands-on experience across project conceptualization, regulatory frameworks, compliance strategy, land acquisition, execution management, and large-scale development planning.

Hita NG Patel carries forward the 42-year legacy of NG Group, and has been instrumental in introducing landmark concepts such as the first bungalow scheme, first organized mall, first plotting scheme, first industrial park, and first Logistics Park. At Aatman Developers, Shilen Patel leads project planning, site coordination, and end-to-end execution management. His deep exposure to Turnkey Projects and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) frameworks has given rise to a strong understanding of large-scale infrastructure delivery, including resource optimization and operational control.
